We offer a beautifully renovated, private, suite that has a private entrance directly into your suite from outside where you park. Also included is a private attached sunroom and patio that offer space to relax & unwind! We’re less than 5 min from some of Greensboro’s best restaurants & sports bars. We’re also just 10 minutes from both major shopping centers, UNCG, The Coliseum, Convention Center, downtown G-boro, A&T Univ., Aquatic Center, & Moses Cone Hospital. ** Guests, please read *** In light of the Coronavirus, we have incorporated several additional disinfecting measures into each cleaning. Our staff will continue using bleach wipes and disinfecting cleaners. With us also owning mall-based food establishments across North Carolina, we have incorporated commercially rated FDA food-grade sanitizers as a secondary measure of cleaning to assist in disinfection. Every surface, piece of bedding and door knob is inspected before our cleaning staff leaves. This property offers you a nicely renovated in-law master suite which offers you total privacy and separation. During renovations, we added an exterior door that leads off your patio directly into you space so you enjoy privacy, separation, and relaxation. Our home was originally built in 1938 and has gone through extensive renovation, updates, and additions over the years. It’s uniquely located smack in the middle of everything in Greensboro on a rare 1.7 acres for serenity and privacy! With 3500 sq. ft of space in our home, there’s plenty of room allowing you the ability to enjoy time to yourself with no disturbance or unsafe interactions. We are however always available to assist with anything during your stay! For the basics, your suite includes your bedroom, private in-room full bath, walk-in closet, private deck with comfy chairs for relaxing outside, and a private sunroom if you’d like to soak up some sun while enjoying inside temperatures. The sunroom is set up as a sitting room that has a large leather sofa, coffee table, coffee maker with creamers/sugar/coffee, and its own separate HVAC system. Your room has a mounted flatscreen TV with full cable. (We are TV nuts so all premium channels are available via cable) The room also offers a comfy chair should you like to kick back and watch TV. In addition, a fridge and microwave are in your room as well for keeping leftovers and drinks cold as well as being able to reheat them too! We offer extremely fast Wifi (1000 Mbps) for all who need the internet or like streaming shows. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have and are happy to help with advice or directions to anywhere you may need to go. **Breakfast** In your room, you’ll find a k-cup Coffee maker, creamer, flavored creamers, some breakfast bars, and instant oatmeal. (Plates, bowls, and utensils are all in your room.) ***As a neat side note*** Located a brief walk (or very fast drive) away is a wonderful park we go to ourselves quite often to walk the dogs. It has fantastic running/walking trails as well as offering peaceful surroundings should you just prefer some nice outdoor time! Our property also includes a very small, but neat, nature path through the backyard that guests are welcome to enjoy. (We are still doing normal maintenance & landscaping to this as the previous owners of this home had let the landscaping become overgrown.) You’ll conveniently enter our home using keyless entry through your private entrance directly off your suite. Your door has a keypad that will be set to the last 4 digits of your phone number as your access code. and will be offered full use & access to: – Your suite – Sunroom – In-suite spa-like bathroom – Walk-in closet – Private deck attached to your suite w/seating & table. – In-room Refrigerator – In-room microwave – Wifi access (screaming fast!) – In-suite HVAC/heat controls We are ALWAYS available by phone, text, or Airbnb message. We have 2 full-time weekday staff members named Chris and Hailey, as well as 1 part-time staff member, Meredith, who assists us with everything from operations to admin. We keep a team-focused attitude to ensure all guests are treated like we would hope to be treated when traveling. This impactful detail keeps us focused on guests first and foremost. Where we live in Greensboro is quite desirable due to its convenience to literally everything! Again, feel free to enjoy wonderful places to walk and run should you like! You are welcome to walk to get some quick food up the street however a car a recommended. Uber and Lyft will happily pick you up should you be out for a night of fun and need to safely return home. We do have 2 dogs, both of whom are Great Danes. Both are extremely friendly and loving! I know this is said a lot, but these dogs genuinely do NOT know a stranger! They are happy to give you lots of love and attention if you invite them. Unless you come into the main part of the house, you won’t have to interact with the pups so if you aren’t a dog person, you never have to encounter them unless desired. 🙂 Important to also note: your room is closed off at all times when we are not hosting anyone so none of our animals ever spend time where you will be sleeping! You are of course welcome to ask us to meet them, otherwise, you will never have to encounter them.
