Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and Greensboro College’s football field can be enjoyed while sitting on the front porch. With an open floorplan layout inside equipped with a shuffleboard table and wonderful outdoor gathering spaces to enjoy nature, we’re positive any and everyone will enjoy what this home has to offer! Each bedroom is outfitted with high-end linens such as down-filled comforters and Pima-cotton sheets. Likewise, the bathrooms have plenty of plush towels and soap/shampoo. The 4th bedroom doubles as an office. If the 4th bedroom is needed, we set up a 12″ thick memory foam mattress that mimics the comfort of any high-end memory foam mattress. For those rainy days where relaxing at home is the chosen option, you can kick back and enjoy some family-friendly games or even adult games (alcohol not provided!). Additionally, as the photos show, the shuffleboard is always a hit! You have access to the entire property and its grounds. If you find a locked door, it’s a supplies closet for staff. We are ALWAYS available by phone, text, or Airbnb message. We have 2 full-time weekday staff members named Chris and Jessica as well as 1 part-time staff member, Meredith, who assists us with everything from operations to admin. We keep a team-focused attitude to ensure all guests are treated like we would hope to be treated when traveling. This impactful detail keeps us focused on guests first and foremost. This property is perfectly situated downtown, overlooking the Greensboro College football field. This location begs for the front porch to be enjoyed among all of the beautiful 85+ yr old homes that surround you. With shops and food nearby, you’ll find convenience and location as one of the best selling points for staying here. While food, coffee, drinks, and entertainment are all easily walkable distances, you also naturally have Uber or Lyft available. Parking: 3-4 vehicles can fit, but must pull all the way in the driveway. Check-in instructions will detail this via pictures and directions.
