The stay was great, everything was as described and clean! The walls are thin and you hear a lot of noise from the neighbors, definitely a great location if you’re on a normal schedule! The shower is massive and the water takes a little time to warm up but stays hot for a long time once it does! The cold water is VERY cold too. The sun room has a shared door with the neighbors, but all of the doors have blinders on them. We had a great time and slept well, comfortable bed and the blinders keep it very dark regardless of when you need to get your sleep in. Options for changing check in times are presented up front, everything was ready when we got there. AC worked great too and we never even had to mess with it! Overall great stay.

I originally booked this location after checking out of one of the previous properties that I thoroughly enjoyed the night before. Upon my arrival for check-in. I was quickly notified that they cleaned the other property instead of this one and was offered to stay in the property that I booked the night before. While someone could have seen this as an inconvenience, I was grateful because Justin communicated promptly and with transparency which makes a world of difference- especially in today’s business ecosystem where good morals and ethics are scarce. Keep up the great work!

Great place to stay, very quiet and private. The space was very clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly and responsive. I have stayed a few times and would highly recommend.

This is a very nice house in a good location. It was fully stocked with everything you could need, and the snacks were a nice treat. Justin answered any questions we had very quickly and is a great host.

My wife and I visited family in Greensboro for a few days during Christmas 2022. The house was perfect for us. It's in a quiet family oriented neighborhood and is a charming, comfortable and well kept older home with beautiful hardwood floors. The location is excellent, near many restaurants and other businesses. Justin was very responsive to any questions and its clear he and his team are true professionals. This house will be our first choice anytime we visit Greensboro in the future!

Justin's house is perfect in every way. The listing is exact. After a long day at the furniture market, it is nice to relax and unwind. Will definitely rebook in the spring.
