The neighborhood, Latham Park, is one of Greensboro's most desirable to live/purchase in. The park it's self, "Latham Park", is very short walk away and makes for fantastic morning and evening walks. The park is surrounded by some of Greensboro's largest, oldest, & most expensive real estate that makes for beautiful scenery while on a walk or jog. The neighborhood is very much a family oriented neighborhood as well and considered very safe.

Fully equip with a private entrance, parking directly outside your entrance in driveway, all BRAND NEW furniture, beach/nautical decor, double vanity master bath & walk-in closet, lounge chair & ottoman, in room mini office, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, high speed WiFi, and Sling TV for cable channels. (Netflix, Hulu, and Roku apps are on the TV’s & ready to use however do require you sign into your account to use.)You also have a nice sitting area outside in the fenced back yard. This listing is perfect for travelers of all types. From business trips to leisure travelers, and from students to traveling nurses... it's in very close proximity to everything that makes it ideal for all. :-) We don't live on site however are just 1.5 miles away and are always available to take the odd 3am phone call if something is needed. Other Details to Note

The other side of the house is another private Airbnb that guests will possibly be in during your stay. There is an unused bedroom that we use for cleaning supplies that is between you and the other part of the house. No direct walls are shared with the other side, making the separation between each other our focus point when we set up things in this property. The ONLY shared part of the property is the backyard fire pit that both private sides of the property can enjoy together if they'd like!

Im not aware of public transportation however, of course Uber and Lyft are available usually very fast with response times.
