The neighborhood, Latham Park, is one of Greensboro's most desirable to live/purchase in. Latham Park itself is a short walk away and makes for fantastic morning and evening walks. The park is surrounded by some of Greensboro's largest & finest old real estate that is really neat to peek at while on a walk or jog. The neighborhood is very much family oriented as well as considered very safe. It’s not uncommon to see an officer drive by at night to ensure everything is as calm as always.

** Guests, please read *** In light of the Coronavirus, we have incorporated several additional disinfecting measures into each cleaning. Our staff will continue using bleach wipes and disinfecting cleaners. With us also owning mall based food establishments across North Carolina, we have incorporated commercially rated FDA food grade sanitizers as a secondary measure of cleaning to assist in disinfection. Every surface, piece of bedding, and door knob is inspected before our cleaning staff leaves. This Airbnb house offers full privacy for those who desire it! Fully equip with a private entrance, parking directly outside your entrance in driveway, comfy new furniture, country decor, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, master bath/shower, closet, lounge chair & ottoman, coffee maker, SUPER high speed WiFi, and Sling TV for cable channels, Netflix/Hulu/Roku. You also have a nice sitting area outside in the fenced back yard. This listing is perfect for travelers of all types. From business trips to leisure travelers, and from students to traveling nurses... it's close proximity to everything makes it ideal for all. :-) We don't live on site however are just 1.5 miles away and are always available to take the odd 3am phone call if something is needed. Other Details to Note

The other side of the house is another private Airbnb that guests will possibly be in during your stay. There is an unused bedroom that we use for cleaning supplies that is between you and the other part of the house. No walls are shared with the other side, the smaller side is so far removed from yours that you literally can't hear a screaming baby. The ONLY shared part of the property is the backyard fire pit that both private sides of the property can enjoy together if they'd like!

Im not aware of public transportation however, of course Uber and Lyft are available usually very fast with response times.
