We offer a beautifully renovated, fully private In-law suite. Inside you'll find a private sitting area, coffee station equip with k-cups, creamers, and more! Your suite also has its own private entrance leading directly inside from where you park, 5ft from doorway. We're located 2min from major restaurants, fast food, bars, Planet Fitness, AND just 10 minutes from major shopping centers, the Greensboro Coliseum and the Aquatic Center. Downtown Greensboro is less than 10 minutes away as well!

Our place offers you a nicely renovated in-law master suite which offers you total privacy due to the design of the house & your own private entrance directly into your room from outside. Our home was originally built in 1938 and has gone through extensive renovation, updates, and additions over the years. It's uniquely located smack in the middle of everything in Greensboro on a rare 1.7 acres for serenity and privacy yet close to all major attractions! While not fully accessed by guests, the house in total boasts 3500 sq.ft of space. While not all of the property is used for guests, its floorpan is laid out as such to mitigate noise traveling. For the basics, your suite includes your bedroom, in-room full bath, closet space, and a sitting area to focus on any work you may have. Your room has a mounted flatscreen TV with full cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Roku. The room also offers a comfy sitting area should you like to kick back and watch TV. In addition, a fridge and microwave are in your room for keeping leftovers and drinks cold as well as being able to reheat them for that late night snack we always seem to wake up for. We offer extremely fast Wifi for all who need the internet or enjoy streaming shows. We are always happy to answer any questions that arise and can be reached by just a quick call or message. ***As a neat side note*** Located a brief walk (or very fast drive) away is a wonderful park (Country Park) we go to ourselves quite often to walk the dogs. It has fantastic running/walking trails as well as offering peaceful surroundings should you just prefer some nice outdoor time!

We have 2 dogs, both are Great Danes. Both are extremely friendly and loving! They are happy to give you lots of love and attention if you invite it and are also trained and very much able to stay out of your way should you like because of your own private entrance to your suite. Should you like to meet the pups, please let us know first so we can introduce them to you so they don't get overly excited meeting you for their first time. Important to also note: your room is closed off at all times when we are not hosting anyone so neither of our animals ever spend time where you will be sleeping! You are of course welcome to enjoy their company in your room should you like or we can keep them completely out and away from you, they are happy with either! NOTE: The booking fee covers up to 2 guests. You are welcome to have up to 4 guests however we do have a $10 fee for each additional guest that is 16 or older.
